MARICOPA COUNTY TITLE ALERT
Representative Contreras has been working on Deed Fraud. One way you can stay protected is to get on the Maricopa County Title Alert program. Go to the Maricopa County Recorder’s website to subscribe. Maricopa Title Alert monitors documents recorded with the Recorder’s office and will alert you by email if there is any recordings done with your name. This is a free service.
All counties will eventually have this service. If you’re not in Maricopa county, check with your county recorder for updates on how to subscribe to their alert system.

IT WORKS! Representative Contreras has received two different notices from the Recorder’s Office about recordings with her name on it. Fortunately, these notifications were not her property they were by women with the same first and last names, but different middle names. Sign up today!!

Representative Contreras
Patty Contreras is an Arizona State Legislator in District 12. She currently resides in Ahwatukee (Phoenix). District 12 is made up of residents of Ahwatukee, South Tempe, West and North Chandler, and the Lone Butte Precinct in the Gila River Indian Community.
