Representative Contreras has been working on Deed Fraud. One way you can stay protected is to get on the Maricopa County Title Alert program. Go to the Maricopa County Recorder’s website to subscribe. Maricopa Title Alert monitors documents recorded with the Recorder’s office and will alert you by email if there is any recordings done with your name. This is a free service.
All Arizona counties have this service.
